Feeling pretty good. Had a good therapy appointment. I have a sinus thingie (damn you Spring) so I'm a bit feverish, but it's not so bad.

Trying to find new websites to go to. Is it just me or has the net shrunk?

Like I've managed to give this bloody annoying anxiety a good kicking & so have won a reprieve, for now. Mood arcof most days, currently...don't always get the upper hand.
