So, my daughter, well intended is worried that we won't have a place to live soon because my husband hasn't done anything about the foreclosure.
So, I looked at rentals and most are in bad neighborhoods.
I COULD go back to the trailer park where we started from, but I'd have to put up with my pushy friend who calls me everyday asking for documents for her husband to come over here, BUT
I see no other recourse.
I have no idea what I am doing. My child has ADHD and is loud at times.
Advice on how to find rentals that are in reasonable neighborhoods, circa 500-750 a month would be nice.

...and then he...like forgets? why he was there.. oh, right....to collect the rent! LOL! There you have a really reasonable rent (none) in a good neighborhood.
So it exists. :)

I know here in NC, they have a pretty decent program in place to help people pay their Mortgage payments while unemployed or looking for work, etc.

Can your pdoc refer you to a social worker??... They work with housing a lot and may be able to give you some help...xo
