Hospital referral

Ok so I was supposed to get a referral last fri but my doc went home early after she seen me and is not back til tomorrow. I have been havin bad thoughts n one of them was that I should take all my pills. That scared me cuz Ive never felt this way. Its like a whole other person. The nurse n councelor kept sayin to just go to the ER but I can't be waiting round people for hrs n then maybe they have a bed maybe not. So my appt with med doc is at 845 am so Im hopin she has found me a bed. I am in such a low mood. Doc says Im in a bipolar depression episode. I hope these new meds kick in here soon n I hope they work.

i'm sorry you feel so bad. i hope you can find a way to get through to the morning.

maybe you could watch a favourite movie or have a hot bath or something to distract your mind.

What can you do to stay safe? I'm sorry you are feeling so bad...anything around the house to help you feel better? Anything...

Yeah I watched tv n just sort of zoned out. Ive taken my ativan n am feelin sleepy so gonna pass out I hope. I think im goin in tomoro after appt. I just gotta find a ride now. Thank u for listenin

Thank you everyone I appreciate your words of kindness. Im scared n emotional this mornin. Mom told me after work she can take me in to hospital so I at least have a ride n I got kids taken care of so I just need the damn referral. Ok gotta get myself ready. Gotta leave in 20. Thanx again for the support I really have no support n no friends to talk to. Wish me luck!
