I hope you're not thinking of suicide like you say in your journal. Sounds like you had a pretty rough day full of disappointments. Maybe if you went to your case worked and told him/her what had happened to you earlier in the day with your psychologist then maybe he/she would go easier on you.

It's always in the back of my mind, but not as in going to no.

I did tell him what happened. After he called me frustrating and rude though....

Ya, I have been feeling pretty crapy the last week or so. I cry a lot. Weird....I guess I am just upset about my past (blah blah blah--and the people I have hurt--especially myself)
I tend to try and do something nice for someone else when I get like that. I wrote my friend in jail who won't get out for awhile. He pleaded no contest and took the prosecutions terms even though he did not do it because he was afraid of the jury (emotions) anyway I write to him....how do you think he feels right now. Anyway it puts things in perspective. In my manic episodes I was close to alot of scary things. Hang in there.

I have been around for a long time and the one thing I can assure you is that things do and will change,better or worse change is undeniable. So if you are in a rough spot and I see you are,just hang around and watch because it will change. Sometimes we can make changes and other time changes can make us.Either way your life will not be miserable forever,I thought mine would be and it changed. I don't know how but it did and it will for you too.
