Well it is off to see Pdoc. Divorce, New Job, Bills, Health, All new topics. I am pretty stable but a lot of new stressors below the surface that could trigger at any time. Thank God for Valium.

i agree valium and/or ativan really keeps me in check and on an even keel.
Got antipsychotics? Check etc ;)
