So I know this isn't really that related to bipolar disorder...but its been triggered by my frequent mood swings....

I can feel ana coming back. I've never really relapsed before. The most that has happened is I would stress over it for a few days and then be fine. This time its way worse.I feel like I need to lose weight...badly. I have been restricting and counting. Not eating when I'm hungry and what not. And the worst part is I'm not motivated to stop.

AW....I am so sorry hon! Please talk with someone who can give you good advice, and hang in there. Maybe now that you are aware of it, you can more easily make a change. HUGS and love!

I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. I am at the extreme other end of the ED spectrum which is terrible too so I can kind of relate. I have been very overweight since I was a kid. I have lost large amounts of weight a few times (and gained it back) but even at my lightest when I looked in the mirror all I saw was a horrible reflection that I didn't think anyone should have to look at. When I see pictures now of me at my smallest I can't imagine what was going throug my head because for me I was tiny! I wish we could trade and meet somewhere in the comfortable and healthy middle and feel good about ourselves just how we are. You are a lovely girl and I hope that you can beat your ED! Hang in there!!! XO

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
