Hi.
I went to the ER a week ago bc of dizziness, light headiness, just overall unsteady. I've been on lithium for over two years and on lamactil for eight months. I drink lots of water. My diet is mostly good nutrition. I sleep fairly well. All my tests from hospital checked out fine. I can't seem to figure out what's wrong. I still have dizzy spells and now they are happening when I'm driving. Any comments or suggestions?

Glad to know you. Please let us know what you find out. I have problems with dizziness and unsteadiness sometimes as well. I am taking lithium too. My blood pressure is naturally really low so I think that's the culprit. Good luck with your appointment.
