I think you are very smart to identify that u are going thru manic phase now and this cd result in potential probs with your sis. Since u have already identified, u know what to do. Be MORE PATIENT WITH PEOPLE. Be nice. U would feel soo much better.
AT your age ,only 18, tatoo seems to be soo very important. A few more years down the lane, this would not even matter. Think long term and remember u can strike a beautiful working relation with your sis. It might take her a few more years to accept your BP...but till then.... i am sure u are a smart person. SO be cheerful and forget the tatoo episode. I promise, u will laugh at this 4 years down the lane.
it would definitely be better to discuss when you're not manic
we usually say & do things we regret later in mania
The docs know. Call yours, tell them exactly what's going on, and they'll give you something. If you're getting manic, you need to be medicated, so that you don't do something you'll regret later.
