Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I'd call and book an appointment with your doctor. Then there will be a light in the tunnel.
Sometimes drinking tea and doing something distracting (comedy show for Example) gives your brain a break.
But I'll tell you one secret that worked for me, EVERY TIME. When those scary deep voices start talking, just say "Jesus". Out loud. For as long as you need to. The name of Jesus has more power than you know. TRY IT!
When anxious and fearful thoughts come flooding in, it can be really difficult to quiet your mind but connecting with God in prayer is the best thing you can do. I know…in the middle of an anxiety attack, the last thing on your mind is talking to God. But, prayer can be very helpful in stopping those confusing and terrifying thoughts.
Learning how to pray and asking Jesus to help you can calm an anxious mind and fill your heart with peace.
When anxious thoughts, fear, panic or worry come against you, I wouldn't scream as suggested because it will only really hurt your vocal cords, believe me I've tried that. Pray and ask God for help, and as you do, His peace that goes beyond all understanding will give you so much peace, you'll sleep like a baby. This is more than just a recommendation—it’s a truth that can transform a fearful mind into a mind of peace.
Trust God with your anxious heart, fear, gloom and your feelings of doom. When He speaks it's soft, calm and filled with so much love.
Try it, friend.
Hugs!
Take care,
