Hi, I haven't been on this page in a long time. I am struggling at this time.
I was diagnosed with bipolar in July of 2013. Since then I have had a lot of ups and downs.
I am on my third pdoc. The first two stopped taking my insurance. I am also without a therapist. I have no friends and the only person I can talk to is my husband and I think he is tired of being the only one I talk to.
My mess were just changed again so my emotions are going thru the ringer. My meds never seem to last very long.
Everything is bothering me.
