I've been doing it for about a month now.
I'm seriously considering getting one of those shock-dog-collars or something and jerry-rigging it to shock myself when I see this coming on.
I think it's the only way; pure behavioral conditioning.

I can find a way to blame myself for anything. No matter how far removed i am from the situation, i think it's my fault. I obsess and apologize till everyone wants to drop kick me... sorry... can't seem to make it stop
I am the same way! And it sucks!
I will go from being so adamant about proving my point that I drive the other person crazy and then I will feel bad and end up appologizing for everything and forgetting that the other person was in the wrong for me to of gone on in the first place.
