Just a quick question to all of you? Have you used holistic treatments and were they helpful......meditation, yoga, accupuncture, tai chi??

im not sure im in a positive frame of mind to meditate.....just dont think id find a good mind space.....but i was thinking yoga might be very helpful. A friend of mine gave me a crystal the other day, it is suppose to be grounding....my vote is still out on this one :). But i do think eating right, exercise and mindful relaxation and therapy must make a difference...i hope

I've tried acupuncture and it was a relief when it was over! I use some mental exercises but the mainstay of my treatment is meds, meds and more meds.

i got some "relaxing" cds so im gonna give them a try too. Althought the anxiety now seemes to be heading down the path of depression. Grr hate this! Espically as its my mums birthday on Sunday and i arranged to really nice lunch out for her. So im gonna have to try to drag it together from somewhere and fake it to get through that. Anyway im back to my GP today so i will see how that goes. Thanks for all your help. Love you all xxx

music always helps me, and I find that I can sleep if I play the same song over and over and over again. I just put the ipod on repeat and stick the headphones in so I don't wake my husband.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
