It's hard to concentrate on being positive when an episode hits. This is my first in over three years and it's not the worst I've ever had, but it sure is familiar. So much creeps in from past memories and future worries that I can't see the present clearly.
Furthermore, the episode makes things so much worse than they really are. It feels like the world is crashing and I don't have the energy to deal with it at all. But intellectually, I know that it's all in my head.
I pray and I trust in God, but I feel like I am so undeserving of good things, love and happiness that I'm just ashamed.
I have recently gotten married and I am so in love with her, but I don't want to burden her too much with these feelings because she is so happy.
Eh...I suppose it will pass. One day I know (intellectually) that I will be happy again.
