I am curious if anyone has experienced hallucinations and if there is any way to cope with it besides getting my medication adjusted? I have thought that I have heard voices and maybe seeing something out the corner of my eye before. That has happened when I have been way out there in an episode. However, I swear something was said to me by someone while out. I had mentioned it to one of the people that was with me at the time and they said that it never occurred. This seriously freaked me out because I would swear on anything that this happened. It makes me second guess if other things have really happened. I am taking my meds as prescribed but I seem to be edging on a manic episode.

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

Sorry about the situation, but some people here get them so maybe they have some good input on how to manage them.
We do have something in the crisis centre about dealing with voices but that only works if you know they are not real - as you say you thought they were real and it is only others saying that they are not means that won't work.
Please discuss with a psychiatrist before this escalates.
It's not all that uncommon for, say, three people to be talking and then, when one of them leaves, the remaining two start rehashing the 3-way conversation and have very differing memories as to some point or other.
Is it possible that's what happened here?
Definitely relate the occurrence to your Pdoc, but hold out hope that it's not the start of some new problem!!!
Good luck!!!
I've sure that's very unnerving to be told that something you experienced didn't even happen!!!! Sheesh!!!

Medication will help but you still have to live with it. All hyper-personal stuff too.
I'm sorry that this is happening but it's going to be part of the future for you, to ascertain whether certain things are real or not.To you.
