How do you like it,do you get good feed back and feel better when you leave? I just started a group and am learning so much about myself and others like me it's wonderful.

I will be starting a DBT group soon for my Borderline Personality Disorder. I done it five years ago and loved it but I was 25 then and 30 now and it makes a huge difference. I am taking it more seriously now :)

I am not currently in a group and I miss it allot. I gain endlessly from sharing with folks that are going through the similar experiences.
