I'm having a rough day and I thought it might make me feel better if I start a gratitude list. I thought I could start one and then other members could add to it or post their own. All in all it could be very uplifting.

a comfortable home
my fruit trees
my roses
my compost pile
good healthy food to eat
my education
my friends
my car
money for gas
my health
my long wavy hair
my love of reading
mood stabilizors
the ocean
the mountains
sand at the beach
sound of the waves
wind
air conditioning
libraries
parks
open space preserves
airplanes
dogs
cats
memories of being carefree
all my travels
people I didn't know who were kind to me...
