I can't post this stuff on my social media. I don't have the desire to get into particulars, nor would I have the strength if I wanted to, but I'm so tired. I'm drained. I'm disappointed and I'm not the person I want to be or think I can be. I see all kinds of things that I want to be different, and people in my life just disappoint me at every turn.
Then I start to feel bad for my selfishness. It's not so bad, I tell myself... And I feel guilty for my problems, worries, and disappointment. I am caught in a loop of having these feelings and having guilt for having them. Even worrying this now makes me feel guilty.
I want to stop feeling disappointed and I don't know where to start. I don't know what to do.

Let loose here we understand this stuff. You can't see it but my hand is definitely raised...
Self-care does come with its reward and self-care does seem to behave like a selfish process when you make yourself your own number one priority, without neglecting responsibilities. The best part about self-care is you owe it to yourself, no one else can be honest with you, therefore you can't lie to yourself about your own feelings and desires.
The liberating experience can behave as a rollercoaster ride of a lifetime and a place to find yourself again to be happy...
