I need to take my very sick guinea pig Pal to the vet to be euthanized later this morning. He has gotten treatment, and tried very hard to recover, but the poor little guy is only getting worse. It's time to let him go quickly and painlessly.
I've had other pets die before, but this is especially hard because he is only a little more than one yr old. So he's had a short, but very good life with us and his brother.
I'm crying a river right now, but staying strong to do this for him. I'll be seeing my therapist later today.
