Well today is my birthday. But I drank too much last night and have been hungover all day. Been sleeping a lot. Mum and Dad came round and Mum took me out for lunch and bought me some sunnies as a present. Thanks Mum.

....today is a day of rest for myself and family. going to play it by ear..no set plans. Its going to be cool and possible rain(was the forcast a few days ago). I'm in the mood for cuddle time.

I used to attend church regularly as a kid/teen. I've tried to go back....just haven't made and attempt to go on a regular basis. When I've gone its been uplifting spiritually..i usually cry inside or get weepy..dunno why...maybe its my soul connecting.

Good morning Chelle and everyone else. I'm glad to hear that your pain is gone. I don't have much planned for today. I do go to Church almost every Sunday. I live in a small town so the congregation is very small which is good for me, since I don't like big crowds. Going to Church does help me. The Pastor is very good and he doesn't preach at you like some do, he more like talks to you. It brings me closer to my higher power that I know exists. This is just my opinion though.
I hope everyone has an awesome Sunday and a great Halloween.

Well I don't know about going to church this morning but at least I am out of bed finally.When I hit a little depressive mood I need to get out of it as soon as possible. I will force myself to doing some activities today,we have pumpkins to carve and put some candles in them for tonight,I hope we get some trick or treaters those kids sure can be cute.

Good Morning Chelle. Glad to hear you pain is better. Here's hoping that it will stay that way. Dave is taking me out to breakfast this morning like he always does on Sundays. Then I'm going to do a little bit of house cleaning, but not enough to overwhelm myself. That's the hard part for me. I always spend all my energy on one task and then I get overwhelmed by the rest. Oh well. I'm trying a new tactic today. Wish me well.

SO happy to hear you are nearly pain free. Hubby and I started our day with church. Sometimes, it's nice to feel like you belong to something bigger than you. I don't believe everything that my church says, but I do share some of the beliefs.
