Hey All.... I'm just sipping coffee and visiting DS... I haven't been up long... My sleeping has been skewed .... Can't fall asleep until the wee hours of the morn and then can't get up
BUT that's my only complaint so I am good

I'm in Cali and we are having strrrrange weather - thunderstorms last night which are SO rare in the summer that I had NO idea what it was - thought my neighbor forgot to put out his trash cans and was doing it at 3:30 am - seriously. Overcast and breezy but it sure beats the triple digits we've been having for waaaay too long.

Hit the park with the doggy this morning and threw the football and raced him to it each time. Fun! Going to a NAMI meeting at 2. Getting some cleaning done in between!

I'm in MN, USA, and the sun is shining and it's cool enough to have the windows open and not use the AC. Nice.

Already been to see the tdoc this morning. Plan to study today.

I'm just here, bouncing off the walls, stuck to the ceiling, got about 3 'projects' going at the same time and running back and forth - you know!! Good times!! lol

    Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.
