Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I think it's the newest fad
As humanoids , we are biologically designed to be grazers.....wheat, rye, any grasses. But also not only herbs , but meat also.
But, some people seem to do well on a gluten free diet
Good luck
I have been on one which I started awhile back, and I have never felt better!
Try this website its called www.beyondDiet.com, and it has all the tools and support to keep you going. The cost of joining for a lifetime is about 45 bucks, but its worth it!
And with respect to the bread, try Silver Hills Bakery sprouted bread. It is delicious and filling!
Good Luck

Diva~~
Did you experience any digestive system symptoms of gluten intolerance?
Everytime, I eat wheat or gluten I feel my system does not tolerate it well, even though I tested negative for celiac's disease.
I think the worse we are able to handle gluten and wheat, the better off we are on such a diet.
It takes this crap out of our system and makes us feel more energized and focused.
