there's all the fun of hair removal and hot irons. Make up can be kind of fun.
But some days a simple bath is all I can muster. But I do feel better if I do my hair and make up. I know I'm fat but I still think any one can improve their looks even just a little.
It helps the self esteem. Plus I just feel cute and bouncy the rest of the day! WEEeeee!
Flat ironing your own hair all by your self is a trick let me just say. Especially if you only have one mirror so you can't see the back. Funny how life gives you the opposite of what you want. I want wash board flat hair and I was born with wavy hair. It just happens that all the styles I like require straight hair.
So any one else enjoy girl time? More fun in a group but still fun when alone. All thought it gets to be a chore if you have to go all out every single day.

I'm off work today...dirty house, dirty hair in a pony tail, lots to do but I really want a hot bath & a home mani-pedi!!
I have also run out of some of my female necessities like powder.

dk--I have wanted curly hair since childhood. I used to get my fine and lifeless hair spiral permed. Then I got cancer. I never lost my hair, but my hair grew in curly after radiation...and curlier still with lupus meds.
Now I have curls! If its humid they are amazing. Be careful what you wish for. :)
At least their was a bonus to getting suck but all the minuses suck.
My daughter has curly hair but then she is half puerto rican. She's such a little beauty. She and I love girl time.
I have nice hands and long nails , doing them up makes me feel better.
Makep ? I have a hard time finding a Foundation that works with my skin, so I use a Tinted Moisturizer and a little eye liner .
Yep, girl time is something I enjoy .
Girlene time.........haven't had that in awhile.
Love scented lotions and powders , toes polished and nails filed , however for curling the hair and doing make up every day hmm not so much .
