Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

This pandemic will never end. Before this I had a PT job, I got to go to boyfriend's apartment every week and my son and were planning a trip to crater lake.
No I've lost these things because of a plague. No job, no vacation, I can only talk to my boyfriend on the phone or text.
I have to live with 2 of the laziest people. I really miss seeing my boyfriend. I had plans but everything has been ruined. I want to die so bad because there's no point in living now. We are slowly heading into post-apocalyptic earth. It really is going out with a whimper.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Don't believe everything your mind tells you....
Readjust, we are all dealing with tremendous uncertainty and its bringing us all a bunch of curve balls!
I'm glad your here and glad your writing - this mess will stabilize, will we? LOL I don't remember stable at the moment, I've been stuck in a funk.
Wanting to die is powerful stress and I hope you tell those bad thoughts to go away - they are bad thoughts. I have found I can't make bad thoughts go away, I usually have to replace them with something positive or at least not deadly!!!! At least you have a boyfriend who loves you and you son, well you can't do that to him! You have to keep writing, and take deep breaths here and there to help with being stuck in limbo - limbo sucks but its not the end of the world. A big quote/mantra I've used in my journey of loss and pain is:
Nothing is the end of the world - but the end of the world!
(the sun will rise tomorrow and so should you!!!!)
((((BIG HUG))))))
We understand and know - you are not alone
I hope today is a little better day.... xo
It’s good to vent and you are heard and understood here. Sometimes that helps me to ease those lonely and frustratng feelings. Big hugs.
