Yeah, you read correctly. It's one of those days, one of those moods. i wanna scream my head off and break stuff. I'm just so damn irritated and for no particular reason. Ugh! And of course that just makes EVERYTHING suck. I just want to punch everyone who acknowledges my presence.

Used to have a lot of angry days, so I can relate. Finally old age and the proper medication (finally) have mellowed me out. My salvation came in the form of Zyprexa and Cymbalta. Good luck.

I know this feeling very well. Like many have said, scream it out or take a drive with the music blared and scream with the music, punch a pillow, do something (safe) that'll help. I hope you feel better soon.

In a much better mood. Went to a wedding expo and had fun then walked part of the way home. Really lifted my mood.

I have a special song mix for those days, it starts out with very angry music and slowly lifts into mellow and happy music, the key is the slow fade into another it almost always works :) its based off some studies and research I had done in psychology and different religions . I am so glad you feel better because i did not want to get hit by acknowledging your presence:)
