Well, I'm no one to talk about exercise, lunaoro, because I can't seem to make myself do any of it outside of walking, but can't you play DDR a little bit each day, until you get in better and better shape!!!? That's such a GREAT way to exercise!!!!!

i wish i could donate my clothes to you bc they still have tags what a shame.any one near ny.and carla sit on me..you bad girl!!!!! i know how hard and discouraging it is i lived it for 15 years.and everyone thought i was pregnant do you know how much i wanted to spit in their size two faces!!if it makes you feel better from having 5 huges babies i have stretch marks up to my ribs to my pubic bone and i need a tummy tuck to remove the inches of skin if that helps!!

unfortunately, i do! i went on depakote for 6 months and gained 40 pounds. horrible nightmare for a girl with an eating disorder. i went from a size 0/2 to a size 8. i had to taper myself off! thankfully i was doing better, so i didnt need the depakote as much. plus i am on other medication. i hope you find a med that works for you!

When my Pdoc put me on Lithium...I gained about a pounsd a week...I was buying new pants every other week.

Finally I leveled off..but Geesh..what an ordeal, and I still have most of the weight...but don't take Lithium anymore...I feel like I was gipped

15 of the 30 lbs I gained on Seroquel is still with me...and it's been 4 years since I was taken off the seroquel. Still can't fit in many of my cute clothes. Pisses me off. So I feel you for sure.

I remember being so overweight because of the steroids that I quit wearlng anything but sweats for almost 4 years. I would take those days back now tho as I am to the other extrememe and cant keep any weight on at all - would be scared to get on a scale at the moment as I truly do resemble the Sea Hag of Death these days

I can totally relate; before seroquel all my jeans were a little loose but that's how Iike my jeans. 2 months after being on seroquel I had some serious muffin top going on! I was like WTF? How can I have gotten all this belly fat in such a short period of time?! So depressing.

I came off Seroquel about 3 months ago...still trying to get the fat off!

Bummer.

I know exactly how you feel!! I put on over 3 stone when I started my meds.
Christmas just gone I decided I don't need them and the weight dropped off me. xxx
