That number by little circle also counts people who (like me) have joined the BP forum but spend most of their time in other forums. DS is a site of many forums. Which forum I spend my time in depends on the current group chemistry and my current strictly personal therapy needs.

Insomnia is tough, however the side effects manifest. Gentle empathy, mislea. Those sleepless nights do get long and lonesome. The silence can be deafening.

@arfie so it's just a total number of registered users that are online at the moment? They don't have to be IN the actual forum? (It's only my second day...I still need some hand holding to navigate)

I'm going back and forth.. still my first day at this website. whats on your mind? try going for a walk to clear your mind. Helps for me at least..

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
