I say. That's right. I said fooey on the time change. How do yall feel about it? Sound off here!! I hate it every year when it rolls around, but especially this year as I have realized that it affects me more than I ever thought. Or maybe it is just increased stress that is making me more bonkers. Lord knows we have enough stress to go around, don't we? I don't like the darkness. Unless there is a full moon that is. Then I usually go out for a howling good time hah. Hope anyone reading this is well. Have a good rest of the day.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Chronic tiredness from Long Covid plus the immunosupressing meds for my Crohn's is slowing me down but everything just seems a massive effort. I am dealing with the paperwork following my father's death but it's not...

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

We changed our clocks forward one hour 1st Sunday of October (Australia).......but alas, this is a good time change because it's our spring and we get more sunlight hours.
I h=a=t=e winter changes and the dark, miserable, short days.
Plus, "standard" time is now only about 3 months of the year. How is it that the "standard" is only 1 quarter of the year?
I say just leave it alone and forget changing it twice a year. But then I don't really deal well with change LOL
Depresses the hell out of me.
Even though I suffer from SAD to some extent; I welcome the change in the Fall. I am a nocturnal being. . . . a natural born insomniac. What bothers me so much are the cold, dreary days when there in not even a glimpse of sun for days on end . . . and honestly the holidays. Stores have been stocking Christmas stuff for weeks and even though I believe in the true spirit of Christmas, I just can't muster up happy consistently for that long.
anything that gets me an extra hour in bed works for me.
if I ruled the world (and I will do soon), then I'd make the clocks go back every week.
