Yesterday I woke up extremely depressed, had been depressed for days. But yesterday I was scared to go through out my day because I thought it might just get worse and I couldn't do it. So, I took a shot of five hour energy and my mood flip flopped into fabulousness. I cleaned and organized my very messy room and I was dancing and singing all the while. I wrote on here because I was afraid I was going to crash.

Today I wasn't depressed....... but I was filled with anxiety and paranoia which are not things I experience often. I went to the gym fearing everyone around me and got on the treadmill. There's a mirror in front of us on the treadmills so I looked at my \scary depressed face and forced myself to smile and look pleasant. First time I've ever done that. It worked a little, "fake it till you make it"

I took a klonopin before I did errands and they went smoothly.

Right now I'm kind of somewhere else, not engaging in dinner conversations.

I wouldn't suggest taking one of these shots unless you are totally desperate... maybe not even then.
