I am stuck and I can't move I cannot get out of my depression! I feel like I have overcome so much only to be thrown more problems and I can't seem to get over it and move on! I want to but I keep dwelling on the past and how unfair things are.... I know I may sound like a baby but I am just so done with trying to fight my way to a better life. How can I get back to the life when I don't have the strength!

When you are truly ready for change, you, strong person that you are, will MAKE it happen! You are smart, you've got spunk, ingenuity, and you are capable. I don't know exactly what you're going thru, but I've been to rock-bottom. It took me a year, but I've recovered everything I lost, and gained my self-esteem in the process. I also learned what really mattered and what really didn't. I truly hope you are ok.... Be well, Linds.

Please remember this: that feeling you've got about being unable to do anything about it? That is the depression talking. NOT rational thinking. It isn't real. Don't believe it!!. Your brain chemistry is making it feel real... it is NOT.

I to feel stuck! I have battled dep n bipolar dis. for yrs! I am soon to be a single mom of three. My husband became addicted to drugs and we lost everything. I have had many ups n downs in my life and I guess this is another one of my downs. There is hope and things do change even when they seem impossible. Even though I don't believe it myself right now I know things do get better trust me! Hang in there!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
