Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

This does not happen often as I seem to be too depressed or anxious to see that it is sunny outside. I went to yoga this morning. This is my third class since my heart problems (last class was two years ago). Very relaxing. The instructor does the same routine so you can learn the moves and not have to concentrate on what's next. That reduced my anxiety a great deal. The drugs were really screwing with my balance and depth perception. Hard to do yoga (or drive) with that. And lastly, the class was very freeing and supportive... was also in the nude.

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

Swingers more like it.
It gave me some new insight. How many of those with me in the class have a mental disorder? How many are like me? How many know of someone like me. Am I that strange and unknown? My peers know of few mental illness as it is rooted out quickly. What would they do if they knew?
How many have
I try new things...within my "keep self-safe, past trauma" boundaries. Unfortunately being the prodigy of a Pedophile and Psychopathic Evil Bitch....I don't do "naked" anywhere in any situation outside of my home. I also don't do touching, I don't like to be touched, hugged, patted, etc.. Living in the South all my life, it gets interesting...lots of toucher's and hugger's.
By all means do your Yoga, naked, clothed or whatever does it for you. Go forth and try new things...wasn't trying to dissuade that.
Take care,
Kat
To those that have gone to yoga regularly, it is the same routine each time or the instructor whim? Out of everything from this class, that is the best part. I can relax and listen to my body (and how it creaks, pops and refuses to bend) instead of trying to learn the crazy pigeon pose.
We do tease one another on here and we're are light of heart at times.... That's because many on here have been friends for years and we hope that you'll be as well.....xo
