Feeling weird suddenly

Feeling all jittery all of a sudden shaking more and cannot sit down for a minute even while keying this I am standing


Weird not too manic or depressed actually had a great day got packages in mail for the crafts and have been cutting all afternoon prepping for tonights craft session 


Painting and cutting out butterflies now and constructing trees I found some more twigs outside and painted them and will order some berry boxes to put them in Things working out so will take meds I know that I will probably be up til 6 or 7 am so another long night ahead of me but I have all the supplies that I need to work with and google and youtube so I am good to go Just this weird feeling

I do not know I am feeling better now got involved with crafts But still a little weird and lightheaded slight headache I find myself holding my breath too I think I will just sit down and paint butterflies I had a great idea gone wrong and messed some things up so have to do them over again wasted time and a little paper but thanks for the response I have never had anxiety before so just did not know what to do

Whoa....I thought I was the only one who did that. I catch myself holding my breath, fairly often. To the point of discomfort sometimes.

I always thought it was an OCD tick or something, but I think anxiety also plays a part too.

    Happy start-of-the-week!!!! I have work in a couple hours. Rocket is being a stinker over here refusing to finish his breakfast which is most unusual. I will give him a few millk bones before I have to leave for work and some kibble in his bowl. What is something you are looking forward to? For me, I am look forward to seeing my therapist tomorrow and my prayer meeting is on tuesday
