Feeling Terrible

I feeling worse that I have in a long time.  I don't have anyone to comfort me in my home.  I feel so scared.  I'm planning on stay in bed all or most of the day.  I have no energy.  My bed with my cat is my safe space and Its what I need now.


Please pray for me or send positive thoughts.  Thank you my friends.  Big hugs for all of you.

Jenn it's good that you Know and are Giving yourself what is needed for your physical and mental health. I was just wondering is your room equipped with a chair, computer? or tv...thinking this might give you space to relax without the challenges of your 'two roommates'...and if you weren't so available, then they might not 'make' 'bug' you so much to do stuff they are perfectly capable of doing! Remember also, you are no doubt in menopause at your age so that brings a Whole lot of symptoms we women can do With Out!! ((Hugs))

Mary, the only way I could get them to not bother me is to go to a separate building. They knock on my door and call my phone. I've wanted to get away by myself. I don't need to go far, just a vacant place for a few days. Big hugs.

I live alone so I totally get those feelings. Hang in there it will get better! Big hugs! Hopefully by now you're in better spirits! I'm late to this post....

    I've been on high dose prednisone for pneumonia, and now I am slowly weaning. But lots of symptoms I don't like having, plus overeating has put at least 10 lbs on me. The food is "loud" as the GLP-1 users refer to it.Also pressured speech. Which comes out in my posts. Sorry I posted so much. I just need an outlet for my agitated and irritable brain. Just scroll on by my posts, if they are too...

    Has anyone heard from Jenn, she had an adult son with aspergers, Eric, they lived a long time with her grandmother, then they moved into an apartment.
