I am feeling suicidal tonight. I cant take much more I really cant. If it is not one thing it is another. I just found out my good friend from high school died by suicide I feel so bad for her and her family. Now thi is making me feel suicidal. I have had alot going on the past few weeks I just cant take anymore. NObody cares I might as well just end it:(

I just have to post this : If my life were important to me I would ask myself would I live or would I die and only I know that answer. I have been crying and blasting music to try to drown out my thoughts.

I wish you'd go to the ER - your in a very bad place, both with real life triggers and you've been depressed a very long time...

Again - in the hospital they can help you faster - I have to change one pill a month and keep going back, it takes so long to get relief..

ok made it through another night but I also downed a six pack to. I have a massive headache now but owell it was worth it last night to numb the pain for awhile anyway.
