Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

But for right now, you have DS - we are here, you can chat and talk - and keep fighting. Your friends crushed is family, and is not here to fight anymore - none of that is what you want... (((((BIG HUG))))
Please hold on - maybe its time to go inpatient? You have been depressed a long time - if you go to the hospital, they will help take care of you, and can adjust meds so much faster, than one script at time with a pdoc! Maybe just a couple days????
Please get help, if your not strong enough to fight - let others show you, and help you....
Maybe you should go to the ER. Don't try to do this alone. You did good by reaching out here on DS.
Just tell yourself "suicide is not an option". That always helped me.
I do care about you and want you to get better.
Massive hug of comfort for you and a blessing..x
I think you've suffered by yourself here long enough. Please go to the ER. Get the help you so desperately need.
I'm a little reluctant to share this because I don't want to upset you but I have to say that this thought process has kept me from suicide in my darkest days on many occasion.
My dad took his own life when he was 49. I was 23. I pondered what if the existence (situation, whatever you want to call it) after suicide is even worse than what we're experiencing? We fantasize about peace and relief but what if there is none? I guess I figured that that cruel joke would probably be a reality for me so I pushed in the direction of getting help rather than taking matters into my own hands.
Don't mess around. Please call for help. We care about you!!
Think of the friends from high school that knew you both. Think of what it would do to THEM!
Plus, depression is a temporary low....you will feel better, sweetie. You really, truly need to get yourself some help right now, or call on someone to get you there. Please.
Please don't do this, go to the hospital if you have to! Suicide is one mistake you can never come back from!
You need to be somewhere that you are safe.
There are no "do-overs" when it somes to suicide
Speaking for myself, I didn't want to go to the hospital either. I pitched a little hissy fit about it. But I did ..... and it was the beginning of finding the light at the end of the tunnel and finding stability that had eluded me for over 20 years. Please go.
You go afraid, you go scared - because you want to quit suffering and give life - docs, and people a chance to HELP you... Your best thinking has got you here, talking suicide!!!!! ((((BIG HUG))))
its time to get professional help, and stop this suffering - pain is inevitable, suffering is optional... You are a good person, and you've tried - its not getting better, you need help... we care and love you, but we can't write a script, help you start in a better direction, we can only support you - you have to do the Hard stuff - you have to do what you don't want to do...
So many of us have been where you are, and finally got help, and it was HELP!!!!
