Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
The best way I've learned to handle them is to use positive thoughts and talk back to the ideation. It's not complicated.
Ideation: you suck. Me: I know you are but what am I? And over time it works.

Bipolar can aggravate our minds and cause threatening thoughts.
BUT THEY ARE JUST THOUGHTS THAT CREATE ACTION URGES.
WE DON"T HAVE TO ACT ON OUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.
You showed everyone that you want a better life when the simple act of unconditional love entered your life at the same moment these negative bipolar thoughts were trying to siege you...a beautiful pink rose and some loving words showed you that LIFE IS WORTH living and it has been along.
We must conquer these thoughts with positivity in any way we can find it...to help us pull through.
Thank you for your rose :) Many roses back to you
sometimes, I feel that way about my daughter. I happen to be religious though and my thing is this: if there is a plan to the world, who am I to doubt? if things happen for a reason, who am I to think that there is no plan for me?
if you are not religious, sorry in advance(:
Later on, I made a point to congratulate 'so and so' for his innovative design. i wish could have put it up here.
I can feel and see what others can't. That is my job. i lift up the spirits of others in a way many others don't.
i step off my soap box and I hope you are able to hear me because I know you are not in a great place right now.
you just have to remind yourself of your gifts.
