depressed and feeling it not suicidal though which is a plus i do not have any support outside of online groups and since i was on disability i do not have work connections i do not have anyone to talk to i am waiting for a therapist if that will help which i do not think it will they just get on my nerves with their questions even when i share something they ask my why i chose to or something i feel alone because i am my brother always says a lot of people feel that way that is normal or whatever normal is everybody is messed up so i get nowhere we get depressed for differemt reasons i am bipolar no reason he has arthirithis so the pain makes him depressed no relationship between the 2 i need another outlet cannot do crafts did a little today and felt better that had words with someone lost my cool and it has been downhill since within a few hours i crashed now feel so bad and lonely want to talk about anything to anyone

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
