I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. Do your best to be honest with them without being hurtful, and hopefully at least One of them will finally "Get" it. :/

My husband thought that mental illness was a make believe thing that people said to get a free check. He never really understood it until about 4 yrs ago. When he drove me to the hospital at my request because I knew I was close to losing it from a bad down episode. Some people never got and so we moved away from one another. Even people with in my family. But better have them out of my life than in my life making me feel worse for something I can not control. Best of Luck to you!
I do a lot of complaining in therapy to help me with this, because my self esteem and self worth diminishes whenever someone I love looks me in the eye and tells me something stupid, and they don't realize it is so hurtful.
Just go beat the shit out of something afterwards, join a gym, run, get artistic and create something beautiful to help build a resistance back up against the negative BS.
