Extreme Fatigue

I have been extremely sleepy for about 3 days now.  I don't think it's entirely medication side effects.  I don't have enough symptoms to have covid-19.  I'm not sure what it is.  I've been crying on and off so it's probably severe depression.


I don't think very many people thought Covid-19 would go on this long.  It's destroying so many people's mental health and other parts of their lives.  I feel terrible for all of us dealing with this.  I wish I  had someone to cuddle with for comfort.

Sorry you're going through that alone. Maybe it would be worth getting tested to rule out the big bad bug?

I've been thinking about that. It's only been around for a year. It doesn't seem likely that they know everything about it. ;)

Big hug for you Jennifer.... You are right sweetie.... Everyone is effected by this ... I feel terrible for the world and worry about people and it's effected anxiety for me

This is in the SARS family so I think that they know quite a bit due to the SARS we had not so long ago and this is also why vaccines have been available as early as they are

I don’t think it’s ever a bad idea to advocate for yourself to the primary care physician and run some tests on thyroid and metabolic panels. Once we get psychiatric diagnoses I think it’s important to look at the whole body and not always chalk it up to psych meds. I hope you are feeling better soon, jennifer. Hugs to you.

Big hugs to you. Has it been rainy or dreary where you are? I find that times when the weather is not good I tend to get depressed. It's been raining where I am and have been a little down. I hope your depression gets better. Covid has been horrible for everyone. I do think it is an extra hard for people with mental illness. I would talk to your doctor to make sure physically everything is ok. We are here for you.

peace and a speedy recovery. With every thing that is going around, covid and political upheaval, to cope with mental health struggles is that much more difficult. You might be feeling extra exhausted because of all of it... it adds up. Stick tight to the things that help you keep healthy! peace again.

Suncloud, I think I will get a sun lamp. I have a couple of Amazon cards I need to use. Yes, Tesla, it's rainy and dreary here in Oregon. It is most of the time in winter. Malibumark we had political upheaval here for months aka riots. They have stopped for now but any little thing could start another.
