With me, I just am me. I have always been an extrovert until the last couple of years. I now have my moments of introversion and extroversion.(sp)

Anyway, I don't think that my actions are made to attract attention. I think that people assume they are, but I have always been a croud pleaser. I really like people and can read them well.

I like to be the mediator and bring everyone together. Common ground they call it. I try to defuse any disagreements among others.

I listen to everyone. Most people just jump to conclusions. Not me. I know people all think differently. So, like I said, I try to find common ground with everyone.

Yup, definitely a bp trait if it only happens during those times. If it happens all the time -- It's a personality trait.

when i am drunk...it tends to make me manic or depressed...when i was younger and tended to go manic...i did some weird stuff...kissing other girls...sex in public places...the occasional flash...wearing sexy clothes....

Julie, what you're referring to is a reaction from the alchol and you're right that is the "american way" lol But it's not about Bipolar. What I was referring to was a true hypomanic episode, not just an evening but a period of time -- days or even weeks or more.

ok, I am talking about "flashing" people from when I was 7 years old, getting naked and having sex in places where it is innapropriate and frequenting nude clubs and resorts. lol there it is. I don't do it all the time, but I really have never journaled my manic states. I am not sure if they only happen then.

When I am hypomanic, I do exhibit GREAT acting skills. I can do anything. I act as though everone's eyes are on me.
