ever been so tired that you can't

sleep. I even took ambien but I missed that window thingy. Now I'm thinking about taking another one.

Any one know any reason why I should not take another one, it is now 655am where I live and I took the last one around 11pm.

Is this safe or dangerous??

I also know ambien is addictive? I think,

Also ever notice it's ok to take sleeping pills but not ok to take pills to stay awake. But since so many sleeping pills are ineffective I guess that alert pills would probably be equally ineffective.

It should be ok for you to take another one but if you are unsure you should wait and call your pdoc and find out if it is ok to take two and how far apart you should take them. Ambien just doesn't work for me too well anymore and I don't know what to do about it but I go back to the dr today. Really you should ask your dr though.

i feel like that right now.. cant wait to go home and pop a valium and try and snuggle up in bed....

if it was me id pop another one... im not saying its necessarily a good idea but just what i would do.

God i need some sleep! : ( and stuck at work another 5 hours....

Contact pharmist and ask your doc to adjustmg or no of pills that u can take or diffrent med that might work.
When I'm going thur cycle of sleepiness, I do laundry, play on facebook - games.tidy up kitchen. being femal I curl my hair & put on glittery makeup and set in daze until I doze off for an hr or so.
Do not exerces nor take a shower, if your trying to go to bed - sleep.

Entergy meds have loaded caffine in them. ya some companys have altered the name of caffine so that these products can make millions of $'s. caffinee in cresses the heart rate.
I tried the shot entergy drink. Ya I had a blast of entergy, then I got the shakes, then it was like my heart was in a vice grip.
Downward spiral, I had to go home cook & tidy up, bypassed takeing shower, spent the evening sleeping in recliner.
The higher the pick up, the further the fall.

Phramistys here don't open until 9AM.
Check your area.
Wal greens ( drug store) here is open 24/7 with pharmcy on duty 24/7.

I'm on a med for anxiety. I take as needed. I always take a cap 1 hr before bed time. works for me.
med like this might maybe ? be added to yoiur med - cocktail.

I know it's alful to lay in bed & hear ,wrist watch that on dresser, ticking tick tot... & the wall clocks, oh my.

Thank God for web cam - internet.
I have pc buddys all over the world. I can always find someone that's up when I'm up - unable to rest,. to chat with.

hmm, well I wasn't talking about energy drinks/pills. I realize there are caffeine pills but caffeine does nothing for me.

I was taking concerta for ADD but my pdoc took me off of it since I wasn't taking it any way. Now I wish I never told her that because it was helping me stay awake as well as my ADD. When I asked to be put back on it she told me she wouldn't and gave me some reason that didn't make sense.

Any way now I'm debating on weather I should stay awake even though I have a head ache and probably wont function well any way or take the ambien and sleep my day away. It does kind of defeat the purpose to take it during the day. The reason I was taking it to begin with was to sleep at night not day.
