I have been diagnosed with Bi Polar Mania 2.That means that under this..I can do real stupid things.but here is something that I am learning from my mother..I love to buy those scratch tickets. Now I dont buy a whole lot of them..it gives me a thrill to scratch them off and i won 45.00 recently so I win on them but I am not obsessing by them. Now let me make something perfectly clear and that is the importance of sleep.Everyone needs sleep and without it us bi polars are like h.........on wheels. If I dont sleep the night before...in the afternoon..I shut the tv off and put the radio down and I take a nap.A nap relaxes you and it refreshes you.Do you know that some companies in stead of a coffee break they are offering naps? Do you know that after the hours of 12-3 that the body can get real tired? We must sleep....as for food...lets not fill up on
all these fast foods.McDonalds can get expensive.I have coffee and buy the paper at Starbucks everyday and when I read the paper and have my coffee..I become a different person.Also...I am doing something that my late brother did.I TRY TO LAUGH AT LEAST ONCE A DAY.i HAVE CABLE AND I SEE SEINFELD EVERY NIGHT JUST TO SEE THE ANTICS OF KRAMER.i HAVE LEARNED THAT SOME PEOPLE can be nasty..but you must learn to laugh at yourself and learn that life is for the living. There was a woman who recently died she was 119 years and I want to live past 100...doesnt everyone? Think of all that things that we can see and I am going to see this all without Brad.Remember...laugh.

I'm a huge fan of Kramer as well; hands down Michael Richards is the highlight of Seinfeld. ;)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
