I don't know where this comes from or why but it is powerful I sometimes lose control so easily but it does not stop
Strong emotions can trigger it stress and most of the time anger I asked many doctors about it and they say it is a symptom like all the things that come with bipolar and I nave to find a way to control it feed it into something that I find that has a constructed part in my life which is what I am doing with crafting but how can I slow it down. Idk

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
