I've been using the Manuka honey as ad cleansing mask, I started taking the vitamins, I change my pillow cases, I try not to touch my face, I've dine nearly all your suggestions for my acne..... But the acne is getting worse everyday. It itches, it burns, it hurts. I'm thinking that going off lithium is the only way I'll have healthy skin again. Yet it's what's keeping me stable. What do I do? Right now I ought to be getting ready for school which means putting makeup on face face that hurts the areas with acne, instead I am under my covers. At the same time I'm having really painful chest pains. My mom thinks the acne is from stress. I was wanting everything to be over the other day I was going so mad... Anyway what do you think about the going off lithium part?
