I have to write this column.It is important to me.I have been writing and rewriting the past few days.Friday it was 5 weeks.Brad was put on lithium to help his depression.Brad told the doctor a bunch of lies and they were.He wasnt in bad financial times.He was getting 611.00 in unemployment.We had a fantastic house.We had 3 cats who loved him..but Brad went off his medication without telling the doctor.So this is my advice---DONT STOP YOUR MEDICATION.ALWAYS TAKE IT AND DO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.DONT TAKE VODKA WITH IT.TAKE IT WITH WATER AND DO WHAT THE DOCTOR SAID.IT WILL TAKE A WHILE BEFORE THE MEDICATION TAKES EFFECT.IT TAKES AT LEAST A WEEK.SOME LONGER..BUT GIVE THE MEDICINE TIME AND LEARN TO APPRECIATE LIFE.look..I wish I could sleep until 1 oclock in the afternnoon like some of these actresses.I dont sleep that long and I am a early riser.When I arise early...I do all of the housework.I always do the laundry in the morning.My washer and dryer are in my kitchen and i had a big load this week.I do it early to get it out of the way.Me and Gay are contacting people over the bills.I am not authorized on some things...but the cable company told me that they would put my name on the bill and it would be the same amount..but they did a death certificate (copy)..I have to do this in order to live here.I called the landlord.He is getting a copy of
'the death certificate because under Washington law...he has got to know.In Washington if a roommmate moves out or if they die...the land lord must know 36 -72 hours after it happens.Then he will ask if you can afford the monthy payments.Some landlords here will decrease the rent.If you dont pay the rent and such...and if you dont tell the landlord of any problems...then you will be evicted or asked to leave.It is a whole process.If the house is going into foreclosure...under Washington law....you are still protected.You have got 90 days to relocate.And under Washington law you are even a months rent or more...so it is pretty civil here and I am not worried.Worry is a bi polar trait.Look...Brad never liked to be alone..but
he went about it the wrong way.He was just so afraid of this and that and did not possess the social skills to say so.Also...please learn this.
learn the art of conversation.Brad did not talk.I did not know if he was hurt or such.He never said a word.Guys...no more mr.shy guys..please...it is disgusting to be in a situation where people are afraid of social things.Brad hated all social things and never went to parties and such.Why? Because he was shy and this just added to the problem.People are not against you.YOu must reach out.You must reach out with your hand and try to be interesting.I getting severeal magazines and receive various newsletter.It is important for me to have good conversation...talkling about Jon and Kate and even seeing this show and making a big fuss over it is silly to me.Why does she have 8 children and why is she trying to be a star? The children are the ones who are missing out.Mommy and Daddy are just so absored with being famous...they lost out and for this I feel sorry for the both of them..but guys,....TAKE YOUR MEDICATION AND DONT DRINK OR DRIVE.FOLLOW THE PLAN.REST.I TAKE A 20 MINUTE NAP EVERY DAY AND i FEEL WONDERFUL.aND DONT LISTEN TO PEOPLE WHO DONT TAKE THE MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND THEY LACK THE MEDICAL TRAINING.
