I find that verbalizing things helps me work out the issues so I can deal with them and not dwell on them.
Talking about your feelings takes some of the pressure off and talking with friends about the things you feel - if they are good friends - helps diffuse the pain you are feeling.
And I agree with Mojo too - if you talk about things with friends you might get a resolution. If your friend happy?
I tend to be a stuffer and it causes alot of problems and resentment.
