I cannot stand myself today. A hormonal fluctuation that happens once a month.....it doesn't get better til it's over and I just simply hate myself, who I am, what I look like....the whole kitnkaboodle.....I hate myself today and wish I could just disappear and was never born. Don't know where all this pent up anger comes from.....but I feel like fighting with everyone I live with......and I do!!! How did I learn to hate myself so perfectly!?

Good day to everyone...Well sort of day...I'm still waiting to sleepI think I will soonI got a few things done yesterday...Pushing through and I hope to do the same todayI've been low so everything at this point is one big effortHopefully that will change before longSending hugs...Have a good day!...xo
Are you in a position to take a day off -- from the world?
First, medicate yourself. Something for pain or anxiety or both. Then go take the hottest bubblyist bath you can stand. Put on some soft and fuzzy pjs. Make you a cozy spot on the sofa. Put all your goodies around you -- laptop, looms, books, tv remote, some nice tea.
By now, whatever you took should be kicking. Tune the whole world out and do things YOU enjoy. Eat what you want today. Tell everyone in your house that you are not well and you need either some help or to be left alone.
That is my recipe - then you should be feeling better by tomorrow.
Love ya, tats!!!!
The doc just talks about the PILL....but heart attacks run in my family so not willing to chance it.....sis had one at 36yo!! And had been on birth control for years! And I really think that the pill has something to do with that.
Thanks MK.....a day off sounds good to me...I just don't know how to stop.....I'm so upset and want my life where I had a job and was working and had money when I needed it ya know?? I didn't need help from anyone.....and now its assistance for everything.....WTF?? I had a good job with my own insurance, 401 and dental....now nothing.....not a fucking thing!!!!
I do know what you mean. Right now your emotions are multiplied by 100. Some months I've stopped just short of chopping somebody up in little pieces and calling it justifiable.
I agree with you about the pill. Was never an option for me either. My sister had a stroke at 42 and it was from taking the pill and smoking. Also, most doctors are unsympathetic about PMS or PMDD. That's because they have no idea. Advocate for yourself - insist they give you something for symptom control. I take two tylenol and a Klonopin. Sometimes, herbal tea.
Try to keep in mind.....
PMS = Putting up with Men's Shit.
i love ya girl, hang in there.
MEGA HUGS

I have klonopin and may have to take a seroquel but am trying hard not to......don't deal well with being tired. Feel screwed no matter what I do!
What I'd like to do is call and cuss out the doctor but I know that it will get me know where but probably fired. When I get like this I want to fight and yell and even hit people......I know it sounds crazy but I can't help how I feel, if I knew what to do be make it all go away I would.
I made some pumpkin muffins to try and distract myself but couldn't stop thinking about slicing my wrists wide open......big sigh
I hate this....and the fucking chat isn't working yet and I really need to talk to someone here.....my son comes home early today because it's a half day of school and I don't want him seeing me like this, I've got to pull it together. sigh This really sucks.
Maybe the klonopin is working a bit...and writing here too because don't feel as agitated as I was.......I appreciate everyone's help I really do.
hugs

Lots of hugs and love today -
God, people, animals can love and forgive me.
I can't forgive myself. But finally knowing that I have had an mental illness helps me starting to forgive myself.
