when i was in hospital the nurses noticed by me
that i.e
if there was a joke told, I went up like everybody else
but I didn't come back down
then the next joke would come and id get even higher ,everybody else came back down but I just got higher and higher (they took me aside to tell me this)
do you also get like this or not when in company ?
music can do it to me too!
i feel like i wake up every morning a bit depri then as the day goes on i feel better and better then i feel ok and then and up when everyone is about to go to bed by that time im fine and don't want to go to bed cause i eventually feel quite good so it's a waste just to go to bed again !
i want to wake up feeling optimistic about my day
is this rapid cycling or is that when you have many changes in polarity
in a year ??
i find it difficult to express myself in words ;-) and i can't type that's why I usually don't write so long answers

I wish I had an answer for you. Maybe someone will be able to answer it for the both of us.
I've not had a mixed episode since i have this med either
it also takes me about 2 hours to really wake up when i get up in the morning
bumping this up
it did for years but im a bit more stable i think with abilify when i think about it now
i go up but i come back down again to normie land i didn't have that for years either it's not as exciting i must say ;-)
BTW I am a rapid cycler, but this does not happen to me - my mood swings just happpen. Lack of sleep & typical things that can trigger episodes in all bpers are what can trigger me as well, nothing like this.
i don't know anything about borderline
the first time when i was psychotic i went through every emotion possible they were all over the place
one minute angry then ok then extremely sad then angry again then joking then angry then ok flipping through emotions
if I find out from my doc anything ;'ll let you know
