Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo

I have blocks of time , months , that I have no recollection , and usually I have an excellent memory
The last time I got really weird I sold my bedroom set. Go figure.
My memory is garbage. I have a working memory of less than 3 hours. My life is coping with the middle areas.
Can't remember why I walked into a room? Common : ) but that is human nature too! There is also that pot smoking short term problem, think about it - if you don't remember something short term, LOL it never makes it to long term : )
Memory loss is the NUMBER 1 concern of everyone aging, read an article, they fear that, we fear that worse than any other ailment.... so yea, I'm crazy and take pills - but the whole world is concerned about forgetting things - because its human nature : )
You might check with your pdoc about lessening any benzos or ambient if you take them, and try to make sure you get plenty of sleep. Sleeping well can improve those memory issues and lessen extreme symptoms like hallucinations and mania.
Good luck. Know you can get better from it. I haven't had any more memory problems since I got rid of my doping ex and have been pretty stable now about a year.
