I have migraines, they seem to get worse, and happen more frequently when I am upset, stressed, etc. For instance I went close to 8 months without having one them BAM last month I had about 10 of them.

I used to get them all the time. Stress is a big trigger. It wasnt until I quit drinking that they became much less frequent. Mine would last for 2-3 days. Now when I get the cluster f*cks they usually only last a day.

I got them when I was about your age, Matthew. Lasted for over 6 months, almost Every day, and they were Excruciating.

Mine were Literally a chemical imbalance in my head, and it runs in my family - we cannot have much caffeine. I don't know what others do for them - I hope you can get some help!

My brother gets them and goes on oxygen to relieve them. YOu can usually get a dr to prescribe it for you so you can use it at home if you need to. I don't know what meds he uses. Probably Imetrex. Stress is a big factor in cluster HA's. They are more common in men than women.

I got them in my 20's and 30's..by the time I hit 40, they slowed down.

I hated the nail pounding in one spot kinda pain....they are related to Migraines, but different triggers for cluster head aches..usually smoking and drinking.....neither of which I did when I was getting them

Migraines, migraines and more migraines;
they can make you want to take your head of and then when the pain ends put it back in your body.

Do you have change in your vision, nausea; those are signals that they are migraines.

Just try to find the best med for it and hold on tight, they usually last more than a couple of hours, sometimes even days.

no its not a migraine its a cluster head ache its completely different it till a pounding head ache but its does not show on cat scan

there is great remedies for cluster headaches however not the most legal remedy
