Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I like to think I am group 1, I run a mfg. business successfully. I do things with my family.
But I have days when I am a train wreck and struggle to get through the day. Then I become group 2.
A lot of gray area here.
The grey area is the undefined space that lay on the border between fight or flight.
i don't enjoy being so dysfunctional.
Our gaze always has to be forward not backward, our focus has to be on what "can be", not "what was" or it will eat us alive. Attitude is everything and the difference between winning and loosing. Hugs
Flip-charts are most excellent.
Like...this illness can be bigger than us ...despite all your fight & intentions (I fear)
Isn't this like blaming those who succumb (as in they had no fight)
Maybe they were up against more? Just a thought.
But yeah...agree with #1 Grey area.
